Following on from successful the Gaslighting In The Workplace conversation we will be discussing Microaggressions and Microassaults In The Workplace.

Carl Barge – Counsellor and Psychotherapist and Joan Myers OBE – Florence Nightingale Scholar and Council Member of the Royal College of Nursing, and Dawn H Jones, HR Specialist, Coach and Blogger will be bringing their collective experience to bear on this challenging topic.

Discussion points include:

– defining what microaggressions and micro assaults are;

– Identifying how they may manifest;

– protective factors;

– sources of help;

We will be addressing what may be a difficult topic for some people, and we will do that as sensitively as possible.

We ask that confidential issues are not shared to avoid any repercussions personally or professionally.
